My journey with yoga began as a personal exploration—seeking balance, clarity, and a deeper connection to myself. What started as a physical practice quickly became a way of life, guiding me through moments of transformation and growth.
Through years of practice and study, I’ve come to understand yoga as more than movement; it’s a pathway to presence, healing, and inner harmony. My teaching is rooted in mindfulness, breath, and intuitive movement, creating space for students to tune in, release, and realign—on and off the mat.
I believe in the power of stillness just as much as flow. That’s why I also offer crystal bowl sound baths, weaving the vibrational healing of sound into my practice to help deepen relaxation and restore energetic balance.
