Reiki is a gentle yet profound practice of energy healing, guiding the body, mind, and spirit back to balance. Rooted in ancient wisdom, this hands-on (or hands-off) technique works with the body’s natural energy flow, helping to release stagnation, reduce stress, and promote deep relaxation.
